Kristóf learned in his grandparents’ backyard that the true taste of plum jam isn’t in the middle, but along the edges — where it sticks, thickens, slightly burns, and becomes something much deeper. That was always the part he waited for, the one you had to scrape off. We brewed this memory into Handsome Plumber: a rich, full-bodied imperial stout layered with jammy plum notes, gentle smokiness, and subtle burnt caramel tones, coming together in a dense, complex sip.
