VELVET APRICOT
You know that peach-and-biscuit chocolate bar you just can’t stop eating? We brewed that into a beer.
Built on a light, tart sour base, layered with ripe, juicy apricot bringing fresh fruit acidity. Then comes the cocoa—subtle, not overpowering, just like a chocolate that isn’t too sweet, only just right. The biscuit rounds it all out and ties everything together.
