How can I become a club member?
By purchasing any of our beer subscription products, you automatically become a club member and enjoy the benefits of club membership. You remain a club member as long as you have at least one active beer subscription.
How long does my club membership last?
You are a member of the Horizont Subscriber Club as long as you have an active beer subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, your club membership will automatically end, and you will no longer be entitled to the benefits and services that come with club membership.
How does the beer subscription work?
Our beer subscription service works like any other regular subscription service with the following steps:
1. Step: Select a subscribable product. It is clearly indicated in our offerings, either by product name or description.
2. Step: Choose a subscription interval: 30 or 60 days.
3. Step: Add the product to your cart.
4. Step: If you are not registered, log in or create a user account. Subscription only works with a user account.
5. Step: The product subscription only works with delivery to GLS parcel machines and card registration payment.
6. Step: Pay for the product. The card reader automatically saves your card data, which will be automatically charged for the next subscription period.
What products can I subscribe to?
You can subscribe to at least 15 different packages, even multiple at once or several from one package. If you don't find a package that meets your needs, let us know what package you want, and we will create it for you and list it in the webshop (e.g., Péter's Horizont Beer Subscription), where you can subscribe. What time intervals can I choose for the beer subscription?
Currently, you can choose a 30 or 60-day beer subscription.
How can I cancel the beer subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime for free in your Account, under the Subscriptions menu.
How can I change my beer subscription package?
You cannot change an active beer subscription; you can only cancel it and start a new subscription.
What delivery methods can I choose?
Beer subscriptions can only be requested for delivery to parcel machines or personal pickup at the brewery. Beer subscription packages are delivered free of charge, regardless of the package value, except for 4-packs.
What payment methods can I choose?
You can choose Barion card registration payment, where Barion is the card payment partner, and your card number and amount are stored in their system for monthly automatic charging. The Horizont Brewing webshop does not store any customer data.
When will the monthly fee be charged to my card?
The monthly fee for the selected beer subscription is charged on the same day each month as the day you purchased the beer subscription. For example, if you bought the beer subscription on May 16, the amount will be charged on the 16th of each month.
When will my subscription package be placed in the parcel machine?
When the monthly fee is charged, the system automatically generates a webshop order, and within 48 hours, we send your package to GLS for delivery to the selected parcel machine. GLS will notify you by SMS about the delivery.
What should I do if my monthly package hasn't arrived?
If your package hasn't arrived on time, please check the delivery status here: [link]. If you can't get information from GLS, email us at rendeles@horizontsorok.hu, and we will investigate.
