This is the kind of dessert beer that’ll have you licking all ten fingers! Packed with raspberries, sponge cake, and a hint of mystery.

Our brewmaster witch, Cinti, dreamed it up, designed it, and brewed it to perfection. The inspiration for this beer comes from one of Britain’s most beloved cakes – the Victoria Sponge Cake, named after Queen Victoria herself. Essentially, it’s a sponge cake layered with jam (and sometimes whipped cream), making it more than just an ordinary dessert.

As you might have guessed, this beer contains a generous amount of sponge cake, an abundance of raspberries, and a touch of lactose and vanilla – giving you the experience of sipping on a pint of cake.

The result? An incredibly creamy mouthfeel, with a genius blend of fruit and sponge flavors that perfectly capture the essence of dessert.

It’s one of our favorites. Because no matter how obsessed the guys are with West Coast IPAs, we all know life needs a little sweetness—otherwise, things can get boring pretty fast.
