Night Shift Vintage 2025 / Russian Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon and Bourbon Maple Barrels with Chocolate & Coffee

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT BOURBON – AGED IN BOURBON AND BOURBON MAPLE SYRUP BARRELS, WITH CHOCOLATE AND COFFEE

Back in 2020, when we first tasted the very first version of this beer, we felt a sense of pride we’d never experienced before with any other brew. That feeling has stayed with us ever since, year after year.
The base is our signature jet-black, full-bodied Russian Imperial Stout, aged on freshly roasted Costa Rican and Ethiopian coffee beans from a Budapest specialty roastery, as well as Ghanaian cocoa nibs. It was then transferred into freshly emptied Bourbon barrels and a very special “ex-Bourbon” barrel that had previously held maple syrup. Over the right amount of time, the beer developed its perfectly rich, complex, and indulgent character - the one you can taste now.
