Night Shift Vintage 2025 / Russian Imperial Stout Aged in Rhum and Vanilla, Macadamia Rum Barrels

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN RUM & RHUM BARRELS WITH MACADAMIA AND VANILLA

We put a twist on our classic, single-barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout. This year, we aged half of it in freshly emptied Rhum barrels, and the other half in Rum barrels that had previously held macadamia nuts and vanilla.
Macadamia - a nut native to Australia - is known for its buttery texture and its unique balance of sweet and savory flavors. The distinctive taste of vanilla pairs perfectly with it, creating the magical beer you’re holding in your hand.
