Chocolate, coffee and bourbon!

In 2020, when we tasted the first version of this beer, we felt a sense of pride like never before. This feeling has persisted every year since then. Our base beer is a midnight black, full-bodied Russian imperial stout, which we then matured on freshly roasted Ethiopian variant of a Budapest specialty coffee roaster and Ghanaian cocoa beans. All this was poured into freshly emptied bourbon barrels and aged for nearly a year to reach its most beautiful form. Enjoy this splendid beer!

Tegnap ittam meg. Úgyhogy egészen friss még az élményem - úgy írom ezt a véleményt. Nekem ez egy extrém sörnek számít. Mert erőteljesen keserű volt. Mintha az ét-csoki le lent volna öntve egy nagy adag kávéval. Hasonlóan érzem tőle a szívemet, mintha innék egy erős kávét, vagy egy magas kakatartalmú ét-csokoládét. Nekem nagyon ízlett, még ennyire keserű sört nem ittam, ami nem a komlóból származó keserűség lett volna. Különleges, komplex, extrém. Nem mindennapi sör - ami annyit takar, hogy nem esne jól minden nap ezt inni. Avagy a jóból is megárt a sok, olykor... Különleges alkalmakra, egyszeri sör, amit alkalmakkor meg is lehet ismételni. Emlékezetes marad.

A 2023-as társához képest, a sárga címkéshez (Tennessee whiskey hordóban érlelve) kevésbé volt jelen a whiskey-íz. Ennek én külön örültem. Ez így még jó is.
