Horizont x Fraktaal - Green Smash / Fruited Gose with kiwi, guava and spinach

GREEN, SOUR, SALTY AND TOTALLY CRAZY - JUST AS MUCH AS IT NEEDS TO BE!

Green Smash doesn't just push the boundaries - it tears them out of the ground.
This gose was made in collaboration with the guys at Fraktaal Brewing and really thinks green: guava, lime zest, a pinch of sea salt and a serving of spinach - the latter conjured up for us by Spájz Szörp, the coolest syrup brewer in town, so that everything is natural, even the madness.

Fresh, salty-sour, fruity and completely unique - the citrusy sparkle of lime and the exotic sweetness of guava blend beautifully with the classic gose character. The color? Really green. But not a little.

Don't be surprised if something looks back at you from the bottom of the glass.
