Description
A style of beer from the east coast of the US (the state of Vermont, or collectively known as New England), with an emphasis on hops, but unlike the modern IPA, it emphasises its aromatic, fruity rather than bittering characteristics. In our version, we have worked hard on the water treatment that is so important in New England beers, along with a light malt base that is well accentuated for drinkability. As a result, Hazy Queen has a creamy, silky mouthfeel. We used a lot of Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic hops for a fruity, hoppy, aromatic effect, and cold-hopped the beer twice to create the final result. Always drink it fresh, it's when it's at its best!
