Description
Traditional, light lagers are popular in most parts of the world because they are simple and predictable - and in many cases this is true, but far from always. Dry hops (hops added after boiling), for example, can be used to brew some very new and exciting beers, as we do. It's also possible to innovate on classic lager bases: we recommend our dry-hopped lager to both fans of traditional flavours and those who are open to new ideas.
